These Terms of Service govern your use of Android Testers. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. Android Testers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Google LLC or Google Play.

Use of the Platform

Android Testers helps users coordinate Android app testing through a seat-based exchange. You agree to use the platform lawfully, in good faith, and only for legitimate app testing and related activity.

No Google Affiliation or Guarantee

Android Testers does not represent Google, Google Play, or any app store. We do not control Google Play policies, review decisions, production access, account status, or app approvals. Any references to Google Play are for identification and compatibility purposes only.

Use at Your Own Risk

You use Android Testers, submit apps, test apps, follow external links, join Google Groups, install apps, and rely on testing activity at your own risk. You are responsible for your app, your developer account, your compliance with Google Play rules, and any consequences of your use of the platform.

User Content and Proof

You are responsible for all app details, links, screenshots, messages, and other content you submit. You must have the right to share that content and must not submit false, misleading, illegal, harmful, or confidential information.

Testing and Tester Seats

Tester seats are platform records used to coordinate testing activity. We may hold, award, remove, adjust, or reverse seats when needed to correct errors, prevent abuse, enforce these terms, or maintain the integrity of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not abuse the seat system, submit fake proof, manipulate testing activity, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, scrape or attack the service, or use Android Testers for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Third-Party Services

The platform may link to Google Play, Google Groups, user apps, sign-in providers, storage providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, security, or decisions.

Disclaimer

Android Testers is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Android Testers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, app approval, developer account status, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Android Testers after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
